The review and training center is headed by its President and review director, Dr. Manuel Vallar Jaudian, who is a doctorate degree holder in Criminology(PCCr, Manila), master’s degree in Criminology(PCCr, Manila), Bachelor of Laws( Ateneo De Cagayan-Xavier University) and Criminology graduate at Cagayan de Oro College. He is an accreditor of PACU COA, author, public safety consultant, and a journalist. He has undergone training in Australia relative to anti-corruption investigation and United States of America in security and terrorism issues and investigation. He is known advocate for a fair and just society as well as good governance. 2002 OUTSTANDING CRIMININOLOGIST OF THE PHILS. given by the PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION , MANILA and OUTSTANDING DEAN awarded by the PHIL. At present, he is the executive director of the Centre for Equivalency and Accreditation(CEA) and dean- at- large of PHINMA EDUCATION NETWORK supervising criminology program in Univesity of Iloilo, University of Pangasinan, Araullo University and Cagayan de Oro College.
